Parking for Each Stay
For Stonnington properties, the address eligibility checker shows which permits and parking boundaries apply. Confirm that short-stay use is allowed before offering permit parking to guests.
Digital visitor permits are assigned temporarily to a visitor’s registration, so someone needs to update the vehicle details between stays. If your home has its own car space, we’ll need its access instructions and any height or size limits for the listing.
Getting Guests to Your Door
The Metro Tunnel connects the Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury lines. Guests travelling to South Yarra should check Transport Victoria’s Journey Planner for their travel date, as routes and interchange stations can change during planned works.
If you’re already hosting, those older train directions in your guest messages may need changing. Clear arrival information should also explain which building entrance to use.
Cleaning and Bin Access
We’ll need your building’s rubbish and recycling arrangements when organising cleaning. Let us know if food scraps need a separate drop-off so we can discuss who handles it.
