AVALON TWO Situated on the ground floor, this apartment boasts two spacious (queen and double bedrooms with built-in robes. The separate lounge room and kitchen provide ample space for relaxation and cooking. The wide hall welcomes you with a collection of artworks, adding to the apartment's character. The lounge room has a double sofa bed for extra accommodation. Bedding provided. The modern chef's kitchen is equipped with European appliances, generous fridge space and a well-stocked pantry. The apartment's dining table comfortably seats four. Step outside to the large and sunny rear courtyard, offering covered bench seating, an outdoor table setting, and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a deep shower bath and a European laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Fast Wi-Fi, free on-street parking with a Visitors Permit, and a warm welcome to well-behaved pets complete the offerings. AVALON FOUR This first-floor apartment features two spacious bedrooms (queen and double) with sunny window outlooks and built-in wardrobes. The front bedroom includes a useful workstation desk and chair. The separate lounge room retains its original heritage fireplace, ceiling/cornice, and stylish light fitting. Additionally, the large L shaped couch can provide extra sleeping accommodation if needed. Bedding provided. The apartment offers a modern chef's kitchen with European appliances, ample storage space, and a well-equipped pantry. The dining area comfortably seats four. Step outside to the deck, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower bath and a convenient European laundry. Fast Wi-Fi, free on-street parking with a Visitors Permit complete the offering. Well-behaved pets welcome. ACCESS Both apartments are all yours. They are not shared with anyone else! HOUSE RULES RULE #1 Have fun and enjoy your stay. NO PARTIES Parties are strictly not permitted at the property at any time under any circumstances. NOISE Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum and no amplified music after 10pm. Please be mindful of neighbours and keep the noise down when outside at night and when it gets late, move inside and shut the door. SMOKING The house is smoke free. Guests may smoke outside in the courtyards and on the balcony. PETS Well behaved pets are welcome. Guests must keep their pets quiet and under control at all times. Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused. BARBEQUE An electric barbeque is provided on the rooftop terrace for guests use and enjoyment. Guests are required to clean the barbeque after use. A fee of $200 will be charged if the barbeque is not left in a clean condition on departure. KEYS Make sure to return the keys on departure. A fee of $200 will be charged if the remote control are not returned. VISITORS PARKING PERMIT There is a $200 fee if the Parking Permit is lost, stolen or not returned. CANCELATION POLICY To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights. If guests cancel within 7 days of arrival there is no refund. YOUR HOSTS Your hosts are Gary and George.
