CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund is available to guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in a refund of 50% will apply.

No refund will be provided for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

If a cancelled booking is rebooked additional monies may be refunded up the the value of the rebooking.

Please be aware that if a cancellation is rebooked the rates charged may have been discounted due to automatic late minute discounts being applied.

The applicable cleaning fee will be refunded for all cancellations.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS:

A reservation deposit may be charged to secure the reservation dates.

A reservation deposit of 25% applies to bookings placed well in advance.

SECURITY BOND:

A fully refundable security bond will be applied for each stay being $500 for a single bedroom property, $1,000 for a two and three bedroom property and $2,000 for a four or more bedroom property.

LONG STAY DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT TERMS

Long Stay Discounts are automatically applied for stays in excess of 7 being 5% and 30+ days being 10%.

For long stays a monthly payment plan can be arranged on request.

THE PROPERTY:

Every effort is made to ensure the property is provided as presented and booked. We reserve the right to make alterations to to the property and bookings due to required and unforeseen circumstances. The property must be left in a similar condition as provided on arrival.

GUESTS:

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated when booking or as may be subsequently changed and agreed in writing or email. We reserve to right to cancel any booking or charge additional guest fees if the number of guests specified is exceeded.

VISITORS:

Guests are welcome to invite visitors to enjoy the property.

Visitors shall adhere to the same Property Rules as for guests.

PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited at all times.

Guests may request to hold an event which must be approved in in writing or email.

NOISE:

Guests are required to have consideration for the neighbors and the neighborhood.

Noise and music must be turned down between 10:00pm and 9am.

Disturbance to neighbors including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental if reported by neighbors.

SMOKING AND VAPING:

All properties are smoke fee.

Guests may smoke outdoors on balconies, in courtyards and in gardens.

Smoking and vaping indoors may result in upholstery cleaning expenses being charged.

PETS:

Most properties are pet friendly unless specified to the contrary.

Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds.

Guests must keep their pet/s quiet and under control at all times.

Guests are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused.

RUBBISH:

Guests are requested to follow instruction regarding rubbish disposal and collection as provided in the Guest Information provided.

COOKING AND PANTRY:

All items that have been used from the kitchen must be cleaned and returned to its original place.

Kitchen items should not be left in the sink or dishwasher on departure.

Please use the rangehood when cooking.

Property pantries are stocked with some cooking basics.

Guests are welcome to use the pantry supplies provided.

FIRE ALARMS:

Please be aware that if a guest set off a fire alarm a call out fee of up to $1,500 may be charged to the guest/s responsible.

LOSS AND BREAKAGES:

Things can break, get lost or go wrong.

If they do, please advise any loss, mishap or problem as soon as possible.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

The rental price does not allow for any extra charges associated with additional costs incurred as a result of the stay. Excess fees or replacement costs may apply if:

• Costs incurred cleaning the kitchen and utensils that should have been cleaned prior to departure.

• The oven or barbeque is not left in the same condition as found upon arrival. A fee of $50 may be charged if the barbeques is not left clean on departure.

• Cost incurred removing rubbish or guest items not belonging to the apartment that are not removed entirely prior to your departure.

• Heavy soiling of any linen or bedding.

• Marking or damage to the property, floors, walls, furniture, upholstery or curtains.

• Furniture needs to be returned to its original place.

• Expenses for the return of items left at the property.

• A fee of $200 will be charged per key, fob, remote control or parking permit that is not returned on departure.

BIKES:

Bikes are provided for guests use and enjoyment at some properties. Bikes are used at the guests risk with guest responsibility for any injury, damage or loss.

PERSONAL INJURY AND LOSS:

Your Place Your Space or any of its employees take no responsibility for any injury to the tenant and anyone the tenant has in the property and common areas at any time during the tenancy. Any personal injury or loss is the tenants sole responsibility. Personal property, damages, breakages, theft and loss of the tenant/tenant’s property and anyone else's property within the property are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Damages or breakage of the property and its contents during the tenant's letting period is the tenant's responsibility and the costs of repairs and replacements will be charged to the tenant from credit card details provided. We will make every attempt to contact the tenant within 48 hours of departure to report any loss or damage, however if the tenant is not contactable, we reserve the right to process any payments required to cover the loss, damage or extra expenses incurred.

BREACH OF HOUSE RULES:

Breach of House Rules may result in loss of the bond and/or additional payments or termination of the agreed letting period should any of these above Terms and Conditions not be met. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements in writing. Guests are assumed to agree with the above terms and conditions and are required to supply a credit card details for bond and security purposes.
