The apartments is conveniently located on Elgin Street and just minutes from vibrant Lygon Street, Rathdowne Village, Melbourne University, RMIT and is on the doorstep of Melbourne city. There are several modes of public transport that will take you almost everywhere. Trams, buses or eBikes or eScooters can be hired. Walk down the bluestone laneway and hidden behind a decorative metal gate you will step in to a private fenced courtyard. The courtyard has an outdoor table setting with wrought iron chairs that can comfortably seat six. A barbeque is provided to enjoy al fresco dining from all the quality foods that can be found around this famous fantastic foody location. The courtyard is perfect for in-house outdoor dining and entertaining. Take the stairs to the first level and proceed down the hall to the large, sunny lounge room that looks out over lively Elgin Street. The lounge room has a comfortable queen sofa bed than can comfortably sleep two guests. Bedding is provided within the sofa bed. The lounge room has stylish comfortable chairs, collected artwork, a useful workstation desk with chair and lamp, a large 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth home theatre sound system. Natural light floods delightfully in to this spacious room throughout the day. The queen bedroom off the hall has a generous wardrobe, stunning artwork and stylish wall mounted bedside tables. Off the hall at the top of the stairs is the separate dining room with the convenient adjacent kitchen. The dining room has a provincial feel table that comfortably seat six. The dining room yellow lock stores useful appliances like the vacuum, iron and ironing board. The stainless-steel wall unit provides shelving to store kitchen items and serve food. The recently refurbished, compact, yet fully functional kitchen has a window outlook, stone benchtops, an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, generous stainless-steel fridge, ample storage and all the needed appliances for cooking pleasure and entertaining. A Nespresso coffee machine, blender, sandwich press and a well-stocked basic pantry is provided for guest convenience. Everything needed during a stay is there. The stylish refurbished bathroom off the kitchen has a shower, with a convenient washing machine located under the stone benchtop with an adjacent handbasin vanity.
