APARTMENT RULES RULE #1 Have fun and enjoy your stay. NO SMOKING The property is strictly smoke free. No smoking in apartment. Guests can smoke outside on the bench outside the front door. NO PARTIES Guests are welcome to visit but parties are strictly not permitted at the property at any time, under any circumstances. PETS Well managed, quiet pets are welcome. Pets must be kept quiet and off the beds and furniture at all times. Guests should bring their pet’s bedding and bowls. Owners are responsible for their pet’s waste and any damage caused. NOISE AND NEIGHBOURS Guests must have consideration for the neighbours at all times. Noise and amplified music must be turned down between 10:00pm. and 9am. KEYS Make sure to leave the keys on the coffee table and in the lock box on departure. A fee of $150 will be charged if a key is not returned.
